Once the return aisilentm is printed, we'll send an email with your return tracking information. You can also reprint the label from the email. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders!
Once your return has been processed, we'll send a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we'll credit your original form of payment. If received after 30 days, a Aisilentm gift card will be issued.
If returning swim & intimates, vintage items, beauty products, or furniture pieces, please see our policies below.
Please note: If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and mailed/emailed to you accordingly. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We'll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can't accept COD returns. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
If you received a gift from Aisilentm.com, click Order Status to print a pre-paid. Select GIFT when processing your return in order to receive an e-Gift Card for your refund.
The original order number and Billing Zip code is required to process your gift return. If you don't have this information, contact us at email@example.com. To help us locate the gift order, we'll need the first and last name for the person who purchased the gift and their email address (preferred).
We are unable to process returns at our warehouse for items purchased at a Aisilentm store.
Aisilentm stores will gladly accept returns of items purchased from Aisilentm.com or from a Aisilentm store. Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed. Store locations do not accept returns for Beauty products.
Items purchased in a Aisilentm store must be returned to a Aisilentm store. Items must include the attached Aisilentm price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned to a Aisilentm store within 30 days of purchase. If returned after 30 days, a Aisilentm merchandise credit card will be issued. Merchandise credit will also be issued for returns of beauty and personal care items accompanied by a store receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit card.
Please note: Aisilentm merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
